• You MUST purchase your own flights to Dubai (DXB- Dubai International Airport).
• You MUST arrive in Dubai on or before October 22, 2025.  No refunds will be given for missed tours.
• You MUST provide us with your flight information to ensure airport transportation is provided upon arrival and departure in Dubai.  A form will be sent later to capture information. 
• A valid U.S. Passport is required.  Refunds will not be provided for expired passports or missed flights.  

U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. This can be confirmed at VisaHQ.  Each traveler is responsible for ensuring they obtain all proper documents for transit or entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel documentation must match transportation tickets.  Please check the State Department website for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Please check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
 

Failure to comply with any of these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government-imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens. Finally, U.S. Citizens should register all travels with the U.S. Embassy via the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP).

Private Facebook Group:  Once your trip is confirmed, you will be invited to a private Facebook group where you will have full access to all trip details. You will receive monthly updates leading up to departure and you will have a chance to get to know some of the other travelers a little bit more.

• Terms & Conditions: Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Myrin's Destination Station LLC's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
• Payments: Payments are NOT automatically processed unless you ask to turn on the Auto-Pay option at checkout. With Auto-Pay, your card will be charged automatically on the due dates indicated on your payment schedule. Your monthly payment schedule will be provided to you via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to submit all payments if you do not select the Auto-Pay option. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.
• Credit/Debit Card Fees: A non-refundable standard convenience fee will be charged. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to final purchase.
• Late Payment Fees: A non-refundable late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within 7 days of the scheduled payment date. 
• Roommates: If the roommate you selected cancels, your rate will adjust to the revised (single 
• person) rate or you can replace them.  Any cancellations within 60 days of the event are your 
• responsibility, however, we will try our hardest to help you replace them.
• Failure to Submit Payments: If you should go more than 60 days without submitting a payment or discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice. A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate the reservation.
• Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Myrin's Destination Station LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, all payments submitted to Myrin’s Destination Station LLC will be non-refundable and non-transferrable. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.
• Travel Insurance: Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 7-14 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit. As you arrive in Dubai, you will be met by our driver and transported to your lodging accommodation for the night. You will have free time to get settled in.

Begin your morning with breakfast at your hotel. After we proceed this morning on a city tour of Dubai, we will start with a traditional tour of Dubai. We will visit the Jumeirah area, the Burj Al Arab, stop at an art center, the new Canal, stop at the Grand Mosque of Jumeirah, Bastakyia, we will visit the Dubai Museum (visit included), cross the creek by "Abras" shop in the spice and gold souks. Pass Dubai ruler palace and visit a few other gems along the way.  We will stop for lunch.

Breakfast. Morning at leisure to discover more about the city on your own or book some optional tours. Lunch on your own. Afternoon you will enjoy a Desert safari, A trip to Dubai without a desert experience is not complete without a safari. Traveling across the deserts of Dubai in a 4x4 vehicle. You will enjoy several photo-stops during an exhilarating dune drive over the golden desert sands. The drive will then continue across the desert, witness a beautiful Arabian sunset, one of the highlights of a trip to the Arabian deserts. On the menu, you will have access to dune bashing, a Henna experience, sandboarding, meeting, and bonding with camels, and in the evening, you will enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner with entertainment plus 2 hours of free-flowing alcohol drinks. The experience is amazing! After returning to the hotel.

Abu Dhabi Tour & Mosque

 Begin your morning with breakfast at your hotel. After we proceed this morning to Abu Dhabi. Participate in our ultimate Abu Dhabi full-day tour and take advantage of an ideal introduction to the largest city of the Emirates, which also happens to be the UAE capital. Abu Dhabi is an Island, and its name translates into: “Father of the Gazelle”. Our first stop will be at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest and most beautiful Mosques in the world; able to accommodate an impressive number of over 30,000 worshipers. The exquisite white structure is completely clad in marble, featuring intricate Islamic art and carvings, as well as extensive landscaping. After this moving experience, we will have lunch at a restaurant in Abu Dhabi provided by Myrin's Destination Station.  We will continue our tour towards Yas island and its Red Ferrari largest covered park, before we stop at the Yas Mall. We will enjoy the biggest mall in Abu Dhabi and will have lunch before we continue our tour. We will head up back to Dubai

Enjoy a memorable dinner through the canal starting from the Dubai Creek Harbour approaching the Dubai Library, the Dhow Building Yard, Dubai Festival City with its water, fire & light show, along the Mangroves at Ras Al Khor. Also heading towards the beginning of the Dubai Canal with the skyline of Dubai in the background, cruising on the large open waters within the Dubai Creek between Dubai Canal, Dubai Festival City, and Dubai Creek Harbour.
